Course Bookings

Course enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or successful completion of an approved payment arrangement.

Once enrolled, delegates will receive access to the relevant online course materials.

Online Learning

Delegates are responsible for successfully completing all required online learning before attending their practical training session.

Practical training may be arranged while online learning is still in progress, but all required theory must be completed before the practical session takes place.

Practical Training

Practical training is arranged subject to Academy and clinic availability. Dates and times are agreed individually with delegates.

Delegates are responsible for attending their agreed practical training session on time and must behave professionally and follow all safety instructions provided by the trainer.

Where a delegate is unable to attend an agreed practical session, they should contact the Academy as soon as possible. Requests to rearrange practical training are considered at the Academy's discretion and are subject to availability.

Certification

Course enrolment or attendance does not automatically guarantee certification.

Certificates are issued only after successful completion of all required online learning, practical training and competency assessments.

Where the required standard of competency has not been demonstrated, additional training or assessment may be required before certification can be issued.

Insurance

Completion of an Academy course does not automatically guarantee eligibility for professional insurance.

Where appropriate, the Academy may introduce graduates to an independent insurance broker or provider. Any insurance application, acceptance, cover and associated terms are determined independently by the relevant provider and remain subject to their eligibility criteria and approval.

Delegates are responsible for ensuring that appropriate insurance is in place before providing services independently.

Suppliers & Third-Party Services

The Academy may introduce delegates or graduates to independent suppliers, insurance providers, prescribing services or other third-party businesses.

These businesses operate independently from Dr George Wellness Academy. Any products, services, agreements or arrangements entered into with a third party are between the delegate or graduate and that provider.

Refunds & Transfers

Course fees are non-refundable once enrolment has been completed and access to the online course has been provided, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Requests to rearrange a practical training session will be considered at the Academy's discretion and remain subject to availability.

Course enrolments may not be transferred to another person without prior written agreement from Dr George Wellness Academy.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, manuals, resources, templates and other Academy content remain the intellectual property of Dr George Wellness Academy unless otherwise stated.

Course materials are provided for the personal professional use of the enrolled delegate and may not be copied, reproduced, shared, resold, distributed or used to deliver training to others without prior written permission.

Professional Responsibility

Delegates and graduates remain responsible for working within their own training, competence, professional responsibilities, insurance requirements and any legal or regulatory requirements applicable to their individual practice.

Completion of an Academy course does not confer a healthcare qualification, professional licence or automatic right to practise.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr George Wellness Academy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from participation in a course, use of Academy materials or the operation of a delegate's or graduate's independent business or practice.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
