Course Bookings
Course places are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
Online Learning
Delegates are responsible for completing required online learning before attending practical training sessions.
Practical Training
Attendance at practical training sessions is mandatory where applicable.
Delegates must behave professionally and follow all safety instructions provided during training.
Certification
Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of all required course components and competency assessments.
Insurance
Course completion does not automatically guarantee eligibility for insurance.
Insurance acceptance remains subject to the requirements of individual insurers.
Refunds & Transfers
Course bookings may be transferred to an alternative date at the Academy's discretion.
Refund requests will be considered in accordance with the Academy's refund policy.
