You'll begin with structured online learning covering the knowledge and safety principles you need, before attending your 3-hour personalised practical session to develop your technique, practise under supervision and complete your competency assessment.

Following enrolment, you'll contact our Academy team to arrange your practical training at our Leigh-on-Sea, Essex training clinic.
Your 3-hour practical session is delivered on a private or highly personalised basis, giving you dedicated time with your trainer to practise techniques, ask questions and complete your competency assessment.

We can introduce graduates to an established independent supplier where they can source injectable vitamin products and relevant equipment for their service.
Insurance and product requirements depend on individual circumstances, products used and third-party eligibility criteria. Insurance and supplier arrangements are independent from Dr George Wellness Academy. Practitioners remain responsible for ensuring their own practice meets applicable professional, legal and insurance requirements.

Who is the Wellness Practitioner Pathway for?
The pathway is designed for eligible individuals interested in developing practical skills in intramuscular vitamin injections within a wellness setting.
This may include people working in fitness, beauty, massage, Pilates, yoga, nutrition or wellness, as well as individuals exploring a new direction within the wellness industry.
Do I need previous injection experience?
No. Previous injection experience is not required. The Wellness Practitioner Pathway starts with the fundamentals through structured online learning before you progress to supervised hands-on practical training.
How long is the practical training?
Your practical training session lasts approximately 3 hours and includes demonstrations, supervised hands-on practice and your practical competency assessment.
Where does the practical take place?
Practical training takes place at our training clinic in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex. Full joining details and the exact address are provided once your appointment has been confirmed.
When can I attend my practical?
Practical training is arranged flexibly rather than being limited to fixed group dates.
Subject to availability, appointments can be arranged midweek, during the evening or at weekends.
Can I arrange my practical before finishing the theory?
Yes. You can arrange your practical appointment while working through your online course.
However, all required online theory must be successfully completed before you attend your practical session.
Is the course CPD accredited?
Yes. The programme is CPD accredited and combines structured online theory, supervised practical training and competency assessment.
Do you help with insurance?
Yes. We work with Insync Insurance, an independent insurance broker, who can discuss cover options with eligible graduates of our training pathways.
Following successful completion of the course and competency assessment, we can introduce you directly to Insync to discuss appropriate professional cover for your individual circumstances.
Any cover is arranged independently by Insync and remains subject to eligibility criteria, terms, underwriting and approval.
Do you help with sourcing vitamin injections and equipment?
Yes. Following your training, we can introduce you to an established independent supplier where you can source injectable vitamin products and relevant equipment for your service.
We also cover the typical equipment and consumables you'll need to get started, so you have a clear idea of what you'll need.
The supplier operates independently from Dr George Wellness Academy. Practitioners are responsible for ensuring that any products they purchase and use are appropriate for their practice and accepted by their insurer.
What if I need access to a prescriber?
If you require access to a prescriber for your own practice, we can provide an introduction to an independent prescribing service.
Dr George Wellness Academy does not provide prescribing advice or prescribing services. Any arrangements are made independently between the practitioner and the relevant provider.
What happens before I receive my certificate?
Certification is issued following successful completion of the required online learning and practical competency assessment.
